Each year athletic administrators of District Three recognize people for their outstanding contribution to interscholastic programs. Due to the work of these outstanding people ensure student-athletes have rich experiences and develop memories for a lifetime. Nominations are due by June 1 of each year.

Additionally, student-athletes are awarded certificates of participation for competition in both West Central District III events and West Central District III/Southwest District IV bi-District events.
