ELIGIBILITY HEARING DATES AND TIMELINES –All appeal hearings scheduled before the Appeal Filing Deadline require a $10.00 WCD3 + $1.50 GoFan fee.

All hearing appeals received after the deadline are considered emergency hearings and require a $25.00 filing fee.

All regular hearings are held at Henry Foss High School.

(10/17/26 is the FB Fall 50% point)

WINTER HEARINGS (4)

Winter sports begin on 11/16/26. Winter filing deadline is 12/4/26

All appeals requests filed after 12/4/26 default to emergency hearings.

Winter Season Emergency hearings are between 12/14/26 & 1/16/27 

(1/16/27 is the Winter 50% point)

Note: There will be no eligibility appeals heard between 12/18/26 and 1/4/27 due to Holidays & Winter Break

SPRING HEARINGS (2)

Spring sports begin on 3/1/27 Spring filing deadline is 3/5/27

All appeals requests filed after 3/5/27 default to emergency hearings.

Spring Season Emergency hearings are between 3/15/27 to 4/11/27 

(4/11/27 is the Spring 50% point)

WCD 3 Emergency Hearing Fees ($25.00 + $2.25 GoFan Fee) must be paid to GoFan.co prior to scheduling the emergency hearing and proof of payment must be provided to the chair.

NOTE: All emergency hearings will be conducted virtually.

The requesting school’s Athletic Director is responsible for creating a 60-minute virtual meeting link and emailing it to the student, the student’s advocates, and the WCD3 Eligibility Committee Chair at least 24 hours before the scheduled hearing.
