The West Central District Executive Board is made up of representatives from District High Schools and Middle Schools as follows:
- One or more representatives from each high school league within the District, based on number of schools in the league.
- Two middle school representatives from District 3
- A superintendent, principal, and school board representative
- A diversity, equity and inclusion representative
